jilissa Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by jilissa (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you (hereinafter referred to as "the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with jilissa's Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jilissa. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

jilissa reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for changes. Material changes will be notified to registered account holders via the contact information on file.

To be eligible to register and use jilissa, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling participation in the Philippines as governed by PAGCOR regulations. jilissa strictly enforces this requirement and will request valid government-issued identification to verify your age.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access or use the Platform.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, whether maintained by jilissa or by any regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity when creating or operating a jilissa account.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of jilissa or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or licensors.

jilissa reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts where eligibility requirements cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification, and any funds deposited during a period of ineligibility may be withheld.

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one account on jilissa. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or unintentionally — are prohibited. jilissa employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances or winnings held across those accounts may be forfeited at jilissa's sole discretion.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilissa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jilissa immediately at [email protected]. jilissa may temporarily suspend your account while a security investigation is conducted.

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process mandated by applicable anti-money laundering regulations, jilissa may request supporting documents including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the jilissa Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilissa supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jilissa wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. jilissa does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Processing times vary by payment method but jilissa endeavors to process approved withdrawal requests promptly.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification.
• jilissa reserves the right to request additional documentation prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where jilissa has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Winnings generated through bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are met.

jilissa offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions:

• Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus credits and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity periods are specified in the individual promotion's terms and will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is presented.
• jilissa reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be given reasonable notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per eligible new account. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• jilissa may, at its sole discretion, exclude any player from a specific promotion or from the general promotions program.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash at face value, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the promotion's terms.

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or using prohibited betting strategies to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk — constitutes fraud and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, as well as potential account termination.

Each game available on the jilissa Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the Platform's help documentation. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

jilissa uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all relevant games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated through licensed studios with independently verified dealing procedures.

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system failure that affects a game or a bet, jilissa reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. jilissa will not be liable for any winnings that arise as a direct result of a technical malfunction or software error.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilissa Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one jilissa account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain any unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or use of the Platform to process proceeds of crime.
• Abusing the bonus system through matched betting, arbitrage exploitation, or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine engagement.
• Attempting to access, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilissa staff, agents, or other players in any manner.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

All content on the jilissa Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of jilissa or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.

The jilissa name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of jilissa. You may not use these marks without the prior written consent of jilissa.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilissa, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content or services thereon.

jilissa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilissa does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own devices.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

jilissa collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the jilissa Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilissa complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification service providers, and other parties as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

jilissa is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling. All account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in Philippine Peso. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

jilissa reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a regulatory direction or court order requiring account suspension or closure.
• Detection of a self-exclusion request or mandatory exclusion under PAGCOR regulations.
• Inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, jilissa reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account, including deposited funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulatory guidance. Where termination is not the result of a breach, verified balances will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after completion of any pending investigations.

You may voluntarily close your jilissa account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the jilissa Platform, shall first be submitted to jilissa's internal dispute resolution process by contacting support. jilissa endeavors to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jilissa's internal process, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanisms available under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Both parties agree to engage in good faith in any mediation or arbitration process before resorting to litigation.

To the extent litigation is necessary, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jilissa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilissa will notify registered account holders via the email address on file and will publish a revised version of these Terms on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the jilissa Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

Non-material changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of users, or updates to contact information — may be made without individual notification.
